Includes the Department of Justice, Family Law information, Criminal justice, Canada’s court system, Constitutional documents plus more; Acts and Statutes can all be found here too.

7-zip.org

7-zip is a compressed archive file format that supports different data compression, encryption and pre-processing algorithms (free to use).  In other words, one of its assets is it will condense a large file so you can send it via email quickly.
